Hi, I'm Zoe, The Diamond Finder. Having spent nearly 10 years working in high end Fashion wholesale, I decided it was time to explore my passion for jewellery, gems and specifically, diamonds. In March 2019, I graduated from the prestigious Gemological Institute of America with the GD (Graduate Diamonds) Diploma. In May 2019, my fiancé proposed. Shortly after, having heard about his struggles to find the perfect diamond, which not only looked beautiful but was also value for money, The Diamond Finder was born.
How we work
There are 3 steps to finding you the perfect diamond engagement ring
STEP 1 - The Consultation Phase
Here to offer impartial advice every step of the way.
An initial meeting will take place either by telephone or in person, whichever works better for you. This is to gain an understanding of what it is you are looking for. You may not yet have an idea, especially if your fiancé to be hasn't started dropping any obvious hints. But don't worry, here at The Diamond Finder, we will talk you through different diamond shapes, present you with various engagement ring designs, as well as briefing you on the diamond essentials before starting the initial search. As with most people living in London these days, time is extremely precious so many of our customers prefer that the initial research is handled directly by us. We provide this service free of charge.
STEP 2 - Finding the perfect diamond
We will search high and low from Hatton Garden basements to online diamond dealers, negotiating on your behalf to the get the best possible deal.
If you are reading this website, you have probably already done some initial research into diamonds and are therefore familiar with the 4Cs - COLOUR, CLARITY, CUT and CARAT WEIGHT - the universal method for assessing the quality of diamonds. You may have experienced, but not heard of, the fifth C: CONFUSION. This is a word we encounter so often when speaking to our misinformed customers. Within a short space of time, it is so common whilst shopping for engagement rings to hear contradictory statements like 'don't worry about the clarity, it's all about the carat weight' followed closely by 'don't worry about the carat weight, it's all about the clarity'. At The Diamond Finder, our aim is to trade confusion with confidence to ensure that every purchase will guarantee a 'YES' for that unforgettable proposal.
STEP 3 - Negotiating the best price for you
